Visit the Workshop
The Martin Guitar Korea Official Service Center is about five minutes’ walk from SRT Dongtan Station, on the second floor of Building F at Dongtan Premium Outlets. Book through the board or by phone before visiting so there is time to examine your instrument properly.

- About 5 minutes on foot from SRT Dongtan Station, or the ‘Bangadari Village’ bus stop. Always bring the instrument in its case.
- If a symptom is intermittent, note when it occurs (temperature, humidity, playing time) — it helps the diagnosis.
- When shipping, cushion behind the neck and around the headstock and lower the string tension slightly.
